Never use any type of impact wrench at drive pulley removal and installation

The drive pulley assembly is precisely balanced unitNever replace parts with used parts from another drive pulley assemblyRemove retaining screwDiscard conical spring washerTo remove drive pulley ass'y andor fixed half from engine, use puller (PN 529 022 400)CAUTION: This pulley has metric threadsDo not use imperial threads pullerAlways tighten puller by hand to ensure that the drive pulley has the same type of threads (metric vs imperial) prior to fully tighteningTo Remove Drive Pulley Ass'y Retain drive pulley with clutch holderInstall puller in pulley shaft then tighten
