Install step collar no10 with its sleeve firstLubricate new O-ring no11 and locking element no9 with Molykote PG 54 (PN 420 899 763)Install over pawl lock
Reinstall rewind starter assembly on enginePrior to installing starter grip no15 on new rope, it is first necessary to fuse the rope end with lit matchPass rope through starter grip and tie knot in the rope endFuse the knot with lit match then insert rope end down and pull the starter grip over the knot
