DISASSEMBLY
Undo knot previously tied at removalLet sheave get free to release spring preloadCut push nut no13 and discardRemove locking element no12, O-ring no11, step collar no10, pawl lock no9 and pawl no8Remove sheave no5 from starter housing no1Hold spring with screwdriver
Liquid Cooled Models Only Take out the knot and then rope no6
ASSEMBLY
At assembly, position spring no4 outer end into spring guide notch then wind the spring counterclockwise into guide
WARNING
Since the spring is tightly wound inside the guide it may fly out when rewind is handledAlways handle with care
