Secure the bearing puller in vise by one of its rib
INSPECTION
Refer to ENGINE DIMENSIONS MEASUREMENT
ASSEMBLY
Clean crankshaft end with sand paper no180 and remove all residue using pulley flange cleaner (PN 413 711 809)

BEARING PULLER SECURED IN THE VISE
CAUTION: Never use any air impact tool to tighten the puller boltLubricate the puller bolt and then proceed with tightening the puller bolt until the bearing comes outFollow the same procedure for the inner bearingNOTE: In the case of damaged bearing or less clearance between crankshaft counterbalance and the bearing, use bearing separator (Snap-On tool PN CJ951 or SPXOTC tool PN 1124) to facilitate the removal
