To install rope no6, insert rope into sheave no5 orifice and lock it by making knot, leaving behind free portion of about 25 mm in lengthFuse rope end with lit match and insert it into sheave
To adjust rope tension: Wind rope on sheave and place rope sheave into starter housing making sure that the sheave hub notch engages in the rewind spring hookRotate the sheave counterclockwise until rope end is accessible through rope exit holeThis will give 12 turn of preloadPull the rope out of the starter housing and temporarily make knot to hold it
