Lift front of vehicle enough so that stabilizer bar no7 can be rotated downward to allow to slide it out
Check for straightness of lower and upper armsReplace as requiredCheck condition of ball jointsReplace as requiredCheck skis and runners no5 for wear, replace as necessaryCheck condition of ski stopper no26Replace it when deterioratedTo check condition of shock absorber, refer to SUSPENSION then look for SHOCK ABSORBER INSPECTION

For assembly, reverse the disassembly procedureHowever, pay attention to the followingTighten nuts and screws to proper torque as mentioned in exploded viewNuts with cotter pin: After applying the proper torque, continue tightening as necessary to allow cotter pin insertionEnsure to properly secure cotter pin
