Install step collar no7 with its sleeve firstLubricate new O-ring no2 and locking element no8 with Molykote PG 54 (PN 420 899 763)Install over pawl lock
Reinstall rewind starter assembly on enginePrior to installing starter grip on new rope, it is first necessary to fuse the rope end with lit matchPass rope through starter grip and tie knot in the rope endFuse the knot with lit match then insert rope end down and pull the starter grip over the knot
