GENERAL
NOTE: The following procedures can be done without removing the engineTo facilitate magneto removal, hold drive pulley with tool (PN 529 027 600)During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure

Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (e.g locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
1Cut by 25 mm (1 in)
Install puller ring with its tab in magneto housing openingCAUTION: Use only M8 20 mm screws to bolt puller to magneto flywheelWhen counterweight no7 is installed on magneto flywheel use M8 30 mm screws
