Check final drive belt all over its length for cracksReplace if any cracks are foundIMPORTANT: Loosen the two M6 25 bolts no16 retaining the shifter pivot plate to RH reinforcementThe shifter pivot plate must be moved out from gearbox machined emboss (around fork axle) in order to allow free gearbox movement for belt deflection adjustmentLoosen gearbox retaining bolts no13 and adjuster lock nuts no14Turn adjuster no15 accordinglyScrew in adjuster will reduce deflection

Remove seats and top protective plateInstall belt tension tool (PN 529 035 957) as per following photo529 035 957 1
