Section 06 TRANSMISSION Subsection 05 (BRAKE)
Fix the master cylinder in rigid way preferably in visePull out the switch wire and rubber coverActivate the parking brakeWith the help of proper tool, carefully unscrew the switch body paying attention not to twist or distort switchRemove the remaining glue with alcohol on piece of cotton and then clean the seat threads with the clamp screwIf there is resistance to the advance of the clamp screw, use proper wrenchNOTE: In case of switch body breaking while removal, re-tap threads on master cylinder seat and finalise installation procedure
CAUTION: Use only DOT brake fluid, SRF (PN 293 600 063) or GTLMA (PN 293 600 062)Do not use fluids other than the recommended one, nor mix different fluids for topping upInstall clear hose on no19Route this hose to containerOpen bleeder1

Installation
NOTE: The brake light switch is not adjustablePut the switch on the seat, rotating it only 1.5 turnsPut one drop of Loctite 609 (PN 413 703 100) on the free switch threadsScrew the switch by hand until it is in correct positionFor safety reasons, check the activation of the switch by pulling the brake leverIn case of no switch activation, repeat all the procedure replacing new switchNOTE: If parking brake release during the mounting operations, set the master cylinder in sloping position (with lever on the top) and hold the master cylinder lever for 34 timesReinstall the master cylinder on the steering wheel taking it in horizontal position avoiding the risk of glue contamination for the switch rodRelease the parking brakeWait 24 hours to allow glue to setRecheck if switch is working properlyA34D19A
