Unscrew the brake disc set screw no26 Loosen the track tension and move the disc inwards Install protective cap with some grease, on the bearing

Remove bearing housing no24 and slide out the brake disc no13
Inspection
Check for scoring, cracking or bending, replace as requiredCAUTION: Brake disc should never be machined
Installation
For the installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the followingCAUTION: Do not reuse drive shaft bearingIf ever removed, always replace bearing with new oneApply anti-seize lubricant (PN 293 800 070) on shaftBefore re-installing set screw apply loctite 271 on itPay attention to main harness while inserting brake disc, brake support and sprocket plate
