REMOVAL
Remove guard and drive belt from vehicleRemove cap screw no1 and shouldered washer no13 then pull the driven pulley from the countershaftNote shouldered washer position for reinstallationTake care not to lose spacer no4
Pulley Half Cleaning
Use Pulley Flange Cleaner (PN 413 711 809)
INSPECTION
10, Slider Shoe
Check cam slider shoes for wearReplace when inside edge thickness of cam slider shoe slope base is worn to mm (.039 in) or less
DISASSEMBLY
Use spring compressor (PN 529 035 524)529 035 524 2
