Regulator Kit (PN 861 302 100)
Remove fuel pump module as explained aboveRemove screws retaining regulator to pump module flangeRemove regulator from pump module flangeReplace O-rings with new onesInstall them in pump module flange boreCAUTION: Regulator O-rings must be installed in pump module flange boreReverse removal procedure for installationInstall new gasket, then reinstall fuel pump module as explained above

Install new gasket, then reinstall fuel pump module as explained above

Remove fuel pump module as explained aboveDisconnect fuel hose from pump inlet nippleUnlock and remove lock plate of resistor card ass'yDisconnect pump electric connectorDisconnect pump outlet hose from pump module flange nippleRemove circlipsSlide pump ass'y out of retaining rodsMake sure that resistor card ass'y slides along the aluminum extrusion3 4
