Check if ball inside moves freely in the banjo screwClean nozzle and banjo screw from dirt and debris
Bushings have to be flush with the engine block split surface and their protrusions have to fit in the notched areas in the engine block seatInstallation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsTorque oil spray nozzle to 18 Nm (160 lbfin)To install starter drive bearing no7 of starter drive assembly, use pusher (PN 290 876 502) and handle (PN 420 877 650)
