1Impeller
1Weep hole
CAUTION: CoolantOil pump shaft no17 and impeller no16 have left-hand threadsRemove by turning clockwise and install by turning counterclockwise
Inspection
Check impeller for cracks or other damageReplace impeller if damaged
Coolant leaking out of the hole indicates defective rotary sealLeaking oil indicates faulty oil sealHowever, if seal is disassembled both parts have to be replaced together
Removal
Remove: coolant pump housing no14 CAUTION: Always unscrew the impeller clockwise otherwise you can damage the components unscrew the impeller no16 clockwise remove PTO cover no18 (refer to PTO HOUSINGMAGNETO section) remove screws no19 retaining oil pump cover
