Slide yoke over armatureInstall brush holder then brushes in their housingsInsert springs as follows: place one end of spring against brush, compress, then push the other end of spring onto its housingRepeat for remaining springs2 1
Liquid Cooled ZX Series Reverse the order of disassembly to reassemble starterHowever, attention should be paid to the following operationsPrior to assembling, coat sliding surfaces on armature shaft splines, overrunning clutch and bushing with synthetic grease (PN 413 711 500)After placing collar no3 on armature shaft no11, fit new snap ring no2 on armature shaft, then make sure that it is properly securedSlide collar no3 over snap ring no2 and secure in place by punching it at two or three places
