REMOVAL
Remove guard and drive belt from vehicleRemove cap screw no12 and shouldered washer no11 then pull the driven pulley from the countershaftNote shouldered washer position for reinstallationTake care not to lose spacer no21 2

Remove snap ring no3 and washer no4 to disassemble the cam and the pulley halves
