Section 05 TRANSMISSION Subsection 04 (DRIVEN PULLEY)
Position cam no5 then insert spring in adjusting hole no3 (mid-hole) into outer camCompress outer cam using spring compressor (PN 529 035 524)Install washer no4 then secure outer cam with circlip no3CAUTION: Ensure that circlip is properly inserted into shaft groove and that spacer recess is facing circlip
Should installation procedure be required, refer to BRAKE then look for BRAKE DISC and COUNTERSHAFT BEARING ADJUSTMENTReinstall the pulley on the countershaft by reversing the removal procedure
14, Pulley Retaining Screw
Torque to 25 Nm (18 lbfft)
