REMOVAL
Remove guard and drive belt from vehicleRemove pulley retaining screw no14 and shouldered washer no12 then pull the driven pulley from the countershaftTake care not to lose spacer no2
INSPECTION
Replace bushing(s) if worn more than specifiedDRIVEN PULLEY BUSHING WEAR LIMIT mm (in) Small bushing Large bushing 38.30 (1.508) 108.2 (4.260)
1, Countershaft
Should countershaft no1 removal be required, refer to BRAKE then look for COUNTERSHAFT and BRAKE DISC REMOVAL
10,11, Slider Shoe
Black slider shoeforwardRed slider shoereverseCheck cam slider shoes for wearReplace when inside edge thickness of cam slider shoe slope base is worn to mm (.039 in) or less
