IGNITION SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC FLOW CHART
360CYLINDER
SYMPTOM NO START AND NO SPARK
Check for spark at spark plug
No spark Disconnect the 6-HC connector that has the BLACKWHITE, WHITEGRAY, and the BLACKGREEN wires to the tether cord switchPlace jumper wire between the BLACKWHITE and the BLACKGREEN wires and retest for sparkNo spark Spark returns Check that tether DESS cord switch, ignition switch and emergency switch are in place and in the run positionDisconnect the 6-HG connector that has the BLACKYELLOW and the BLACK wires and retest for sparkNo spark Fault is on the motor side of ignition systemContinue with the followingNo spark Spark returns Fault is in the tether cord switchInspect and retest
One of the switches was left in the off position
Spark returns
Fault is in the emergency stop switchInspect and retest
No spark
Replace spark plug and retestSpark returns
Spark plug was at fault
