SUSPENSION ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
Tie rear of snowmobile using rope, chain or lift strap that has been secured into holes provided for that purpose, one on each side of rear tunnelRefer to following photo
Slightly turn adjusting cam to expose spring endUsing spring installer (PN 529 005 000), remove both springs from adjusting cams

Remove the snow deflector arm retaining screws
Loosen track tension
1 and Self-Locking Screws
