Ensure that countershaft is properly aligned, then tighten retaining screwsNOTE: misaligned countershaft will result in difficulty to center the bearing in its supportTorque castellated nut of upper sprocket to 45 to 75 Nm (33 to 55 lbfft)Close chaincase referring to CHAINCASE
CAUTION: Use only SRF (DOT 4) (PN 293 600 063) or GTLMA (DOT 4) (PN 293 600 062) brake fluidInstall hose on bleederRoute this hose to containerOpen bleederPump brake lever until no air escapes from hoseClose bleeder1 2
5,12, Brake Cable and Nut
Insert brake cable into upper hole in brake lever and caliperInstall nut and tighten until few threads exceed
WARNING
At least threads must exceed the elastic stop nut
10, Upper Clamp
Install upper clamp with its arrow pointing downwardsTighten to Nm (71 lbfin) front screw before rear one
