7HIGH VOLTAGE COIL VOLTAGE TESTING
1Disconnect spark plug cap from spark plug2Fasten alligator clip to spark plug cable, near the spark plug3Connect other multimeter wire to engine (ground),then place selector switch to and scale to 0.00Vac4Activate the manual starter and check values indicated by the multimeter5Repeat operation times6Compare readings with those appearing in the IGNITION table
1Disconnect round 2-MO housing from engine (YELLOW, YELLOW wires)2Connect multimeter probes to YELLOW wires,then place selector switch to and scale to Vac0.00 3Activate the manual starter and check values indicated by the multimeter4Repeat operation times
CONCLUSION
If none of the above testing operations produced valid results, it is strongly recommended to keep on testing according to the list appearing in the Resistance and voltage columns of the IGNITION tableSet the multimeter as indicated
