Pour 250 mL (8.5 U.Soz) of synthetic chaincase oil (PN 413 803 300) into chaincaseNOTE: Chaincase oil capacity is 250 mL (8.5 U.Soz)Check oil level with the dipstick then add if requiredRemove metal particles from magnet

CAUTION: It is of the utmost importance to install the circlip otherwise damage to the chaincase components may occur

NOTE: Brake disc key must be in good condition before checking chain free play2 3
10, O-Ring
Replace O-ring no10 on tensioner adjustment screwFully tighten tensioner adjustment screw by hand, then back off only far enough for hair pin to engage in locking holeThis initial adjustment should providemm (181364 in) free-play when measured at the outer circumference of the brake discCAUTION: Free-play must not exceed mm (1364 in), readjust if necessary
