INSTALLATION
2, Brake Disc
Apply anti-seize lubricant (PN 413 701 000) on shaftThe disc hub exceeds the disc more from one side than from the otherInstall disc with the longer exceeding portion toward driven pulley
10, Upper Clamp
Install upper clamp with its arrow pointing at front of vehicleTighten to Nm (71 lbfin) front screw before rear one2 1
3, Countershaft
Insert countershaft (with brake disc) from chaincase side through countershaft support (driven pulley side), then insert into chaincase
4, Countershaft Bearing
Install countershaft bearing no4 with tool (PN 529 035 554 )and ensure that countershaft is properly aligned.Torque castellated nut of upper sprocket to 45 -75 Nm (3355 lbfft)A03D3QB
