Section 05 TRANSMISSION Subsection 04 (DRIVEN PULLEY)
INSPECTION
9,10, Bushings
Check for cracks, scratch and for free movement when assembled to fixed halfUsing dial bore gauge measure bushing diameterMeasuring point must be at least mm (14 in) from bushing edge
ASSEMBLY
6, Cam Slider Shoe
When replacing slider shoes, always install new set (3 shoes) to maintain equal pressure on the camAssemble driven pulley components by reversing the disassembly procedure
Coat cam interior with anti-seize lubricant
INSTALLATION
1, Countershaft
CAUTION: Always apply anti-seize lubricant (PN 413 701 000) on the countershaft before final pulley installationShould installation procedure be required, refer to BRAKE then look for Brake Disc and Countershaft Bearing AdjustmentReinstall the pulley on the countershaft by reversing the removal procedureDriven pulley end-play is (zero)

Replace bushing(s) if worn more than specifiedDRIVEN PULLEY BUSHING WEAR LIMIT mm (in) Small bushing Large bushing 38.30 (1.508) 89.15 (3.510)
