Install sliding half then second support guideThese support guides will prevent bushing damages
Reclean mounting surfaces with paper towel and cleaning solventWipe off the mounting surfaces with clean, dry paper towelCAUTION: Mounting surfaces must be free of any oil, cleaner or towel residue
7,20, Bushing
Only use petrol base cleaner when cleaning bushingsCAUTION: Do not use acetone to clean bushing
INSPECTION
Drive pulley should be inspected annuallyA03D3FA
16,17, Thrust Washer and Roller
Check roller for roundness of external diameterCheck thrust washer for thickness wearReplace as requiredCAUTION: Ensure rollers are in good conditionReplace as required

Remove Allen screws retaining spring cover then unscrew compressor
