oil injection inlet line at oil injection pump, install hose pincher oil pump cable
1,2,3,4, Engine Support Nut and Manifold Screw
Torque the enginesupport nuts no1 to 35 Nm (26 lbfft)Torque rubber mount no2 to support bracket to 29 Nm (21 lbfft)Torque rubber mountsupport screw to 37 Nm (27 lbfft)Torque manifold screws no4 to 10 Nm (89 lbfin)Torque removable side member screws to Nm (62 lbfin)Torque removable side member nut over countershaft support to 15 Nm (133 lbfin)
INSTALLATION ON VEHICLE
To install engine on vehicle, reverse removal procedureHowever, pay attention, to all appropriate componentsystem reinstallation procedures described throughout this Shop Manual and to the following: It is easier to install oil pump cable before installing engine on vehicle After throttle cable installation, check carburetor maximum throttle opening and oil injection pump adjustment Check pulley alignment and drive belt tension Should light exhaust leak be experienced at muffler ball joint, Ultra Copper (PN 413 710 300) can be used
