Section 06 ELECTRICAL Subsection 06 (TESTING PROCEDURE)
Connect the bypass wire alligator clip to the positive post of vehicle batteryOnce bypass wire is properly in place, put the bypass switch to the ON positionNow accessories are supplied with 12 voltsRefer to appropriate wiring diagram in wiring diagram section to troubleshoot faulty accessoryAs switch gets turned on beeping signal from the reverse buzzer must not be heardAll accessories receive 12 volts and are ready to be testedIf beeping signal is heard when switch is turned on, or if the headlight is on, then the bypass harness was incorrectly installedTurn switch off and re-verify that the flat terminal of bypass wire is connected to REDYELLOW wireOnce accessory testing is done, turn switch offRemove alligator clip from battery positive postRemove flat terminal from fuse holderReinstall 20 fuses
