Reverse removal and disassembly procedure and pay attention to the followingReplace oil seals, gaskets O-rings and drain plug
4, Upper Sprocket Castellated Nut
Torque to 45 to 75 Nm (33 to 55 lbfft)Install new cotter pin in the position shownCAUTION: When removing cotter pin always replace with new oneCAUTION: Cotter pin will rub on chaincase cover if installed otherwise25, Hardened Washer
793 Engine Equipped Models Only Make sure to install hardened washer on each end of spring

CAUTION: It is of the utmost importance to install the circlip otherwise damage to the chaincase components may occur
