Section 05 TRANSMISSION Subsection 04 (DRIVEN PULLEY)
REMOVAL
Remove guard and drive belt from vehicleRemove cap screw no1 and shouldered washer no13 then pull the driven pulley from the countershaftNote shouldered washer position for reinstallationTake care not to loose spacer no41 2

Remove half keys no6 and washer no7 to disassemble the cam and the pulley halves
WARNING
Driven pulley cam is spring loaded, use above mentioned tool
CLEANING
8,9, Large Bushing and Small Bushing
During break-in period (about 10 hours of use), teflon from bushing moves to cam or shaft surfaceA teflon over teflon running condition occurs, leading to low frictionSo it is normal to see gray teflon deposit on cam or shaftDo not remove that deposit, it is not dustWhen dust deposit has to be removed from the cam or the shaft, use dry cloth to avoid removing transferred teflon
