Position drive axle assembly into locationInstall end bearing housingInstall spacer (if applicable) between bearing and lower chaincase sprocketInstall chaincase and position seals (if applicable), making sure that gap of approximately mm (116 in) exists between end of bearing housing and each seal3 2
LUBRICATION
15, Grease Fitting
Lubricate end housing bearing with synthetic grease (PN 513 711 500)
ADJUSTMENT
SprocketTrack Alignment
CAUTION: Do not tamper with sprockettrack alignment if frame or suspension is damagedSprockets might be repositioned to fit lugs without removing drive axleUse drive axle sprocket adjuster kit (PN 861 725 700)
