Install sliding half then second support guideThese support guides will prevent bushing damages
CAUTION: Do not use any other type of abrasiveReclean mounting surfaces with paper towel and cleaning solventWipe off the mounting surfaces with clean and dry paper towelCAUTION: Mounting surfaces must be free of any oil, cleaner or towel residue
7,20, Bushing
Only use petrol base cleaner when cleaning bushingsCAUTION: Do not use acetone to clean bushing
INSPECTION
Drive pulley should be inspected annuallyA03D3 A

16,17, Thrust Washer and Roller
Check roller for roundness of external diameterCheck thrust washer for thickness wearReplace as requiredCAUTION: Ensure rollers are in good conditionReplace as required
Remove Allen screws retaining spring cover then unscrew compressor
