All Models Vary pulley distance within tolerances to obtain proper drive belt height
DRIVE BELT DEFLECTION MEASUREMENT (reference only)
IMPORTANT: The drive belt deflection will be automatically set after performing the pulley distance and belt height adjustmentsThe following procedure will confirm proper pulley distance and belt height adjustmentNOTE: To obtain an accurate drive belt deflection measurement, it is suggested to allow break-in period of 50 km (30 mBefore checking the belt deflection, ensure that good-condition proper belt (Refer to the application chart) is installedAdjust pulley distance and alignmentRefer to PULLEY DISTANCE AND ALIGNMENTMODEL Tundra All Skandic DEFLECTION mm (in) 32 (1-14 1364) 32 (1-14 1364) FORCE kg (lb) 6.8 (15) 11.3 (25)
