Coat crankcase mating surface with Loctite 518 (PN 293 800 038)Choose the right gasket thickness according to combustion chamber volumeRefer to LEAK TEST AND ENGINE DIMENSION MEASUREMENTInstall it on crankcaseCoat gasket with Loctite 518CAUTION: Always install gasket of the proper thicknessFailure to do so may cause detonation and severe engine damageBefore inserting piston in cylinder, lubricate the cylinder with new injection oil or equivalentInstall cylindersDo not tightenInstall new rubber ring and round O-rings on each cylinder
