Discard all oil seals and gasketsClean all metal components in non-ferrous metal cleaner
DISASSEMBLY
General
To remove drive pulley, refer to DRIVE PULLEYTo remove magneto, refer to MAGNETO
2,6, Crankcase Half
Heat to 110120C (230248F) all around bearing seat on PTO sideInstall puller (PN 420 876 298) to plate (PN 529 024 900) with flat washer under screw heads and extract PTO side crankcase half no1

To remove seals nos3 and 4, push from outside the crankcase towards the insideTo remove bearings nos5 and from crankshaft use protective cap and special puller as illustrated
