Install upper clamp with its arrow pointing at front of vehicleTighten to Nm (71 lbfin) front screw before rear one2 1
ADJUSTMENT
Countershaft Bearing
Insert countershaft (with brake disc) from chaincase side through countershaft support (driven pulley side), then insert into chaincaseInstall countershaft bearing no4 and ensure that countershaft is properly aligned, then tighten retaining screwsTorque castellated nut of upper sprocket to 60 Nm (44 lbfft)CAUTION: Upper sprocket castellated nut must be tightened before bolting bearing supportClose chaincase
5, Brake Light
There is no adjustment on these modelsCheck that switch is securely installedA03D3QB
