Loosen chain tension, unscrew sliding gear retaining screw no31, then remove sliding gear no32
INSPECTION
14, Chain Slider
Replace slider if maximum wear is 1.0 mm (.039 in) at contact point
Bearings
Check bearing conditionThere must be no discoloration, missing rollers, broken cages, etc
Sprockets and Gears
Check teeth
