Torque castellated nut of upper sprocket to 60 Nm (44 lbfft)CAUTION: Upper sprocket castellated nut must be tightened before bolting bearing supportClose chaincaseInstall countershaft bearing no4 and ensure that countershaft is properly aligned, then tighten retaining screws
BLEEDING
Change brake fluid once yearBleed brake system as follows: Keep sufficient DOT brake fluid in reservoir at all timesCAUTION: Use only DOT brake fluidInstall hose on left side bleederRoute this hose to containerPump few times brake lever and while holding brake lever depressed, open left side bleeder and check for air to escapeRepeat with the same bleeder until no air appears in hoseProceed the same way with the right side bleeder1
