To install rope no6, insert rope into sheave no5 orifice and lock it with the key no7 as illustratedLubricate pawl no8 with Molykote PG 54 (PN 420 899 763) then install over rope sheave

Lubricate housing post with silicone compound greaseInstall sheaveTo adjust rope tension: Wind rope on sheave and place rope sheave into starter housing making sure that the sheave hub notch engages in the rewind spring hookRotate the sheave counterclockwise until rope end is accessible through rope exit holeThis will give 12 turn of preloadPull the rope out of the starter housing and temporarily make knot to hold it
