26, Conical Spring Washer
Install washer with its concave side towards drive pulley
10, O-Ring
Replace both O-rings no10 on tensioner adjustment screwFully tighten tensioner adjustment screw by hand, then back off only far enough for hair pin to engage in locking holeThis initial adjustment should providemm (181364 in) free-play when measured at the outer circumference of the brake discCAUTION: Free-play must not exceed mm (1364 in), readjust if necessary
WARNING
If the specified free-play is not reached with the tensioner screw fully tightened, replace chain and check the condition of sprockets

4, Upper Sprocket Castellated Nut
Torque to 45 to 90 Nm (33 to 66 lbfft)Install new cotter pin in the position shownCAUTION: When removing cotter pin always replace with new oneCAUTION: Cotter pin will rub on chaincase cover if installed otherwise
