REMOVAL
Brake Disc Removal
Skandic WTSWTWT LC Remove caliper by unscrewing M10 Allen screws Unbolt discS-Series and Skandic LT Remove caliper Remove guard, belt and driven pulley Remove air silencer Unbolt bearing support no19 from chassis Open chaincase and remove upper sprocket Pull countershaft assembly toward driven pulley side to gain access to clip no25 Remove clip no25 on countershaft
Countershaft Bearing Removal
S-Series Unbolt bearing support and triangular supportInstall screw from remover (PN 529 030 100) and some flat washers of mm (18 in) total thickness
