To install governor cup, use following tool:

CAUTION: Lever assemblies must be installed so that cotter pins are on the same sideTorque nuts to 12 Nm (106 lbfin)CAUTION: Lever ass'y and rollers must move easily after installation
5,6,18,19, Fixed Half, Sliding Half, Spring, Spring Cover and Screw
To install spring cover, use spring compressor (PN 529 035 524)Assemble fixed and sliding halvesNote that fixed halves have different cone angleMatch cone angle with crankshaftLift sliding half against spring cover and align spring cover arrow with sliding half mark
