Tighten to 5.6 Nm (50 lbfin) maximum all three pivot nuts no15Make sure cam arms no12 can still move on their pivot bolts no11
INSTALLATION
Install drive pulley on crankshaftTorque retaining screw to 68 Nm (50 lbfft)Reinstall driven pulley, drive belt and belt guardRefasten bottom pan center and rear attachments on left hand sideRaise and block the rear of the vehicle and support it with mechanical stand
WARNING
Ensure that the track is free of particles which could be thrown out while track is rotatingKeep hands, tools, feet and clothing clear of trackEnsure nobody is standing near the vehicleAccelerate the vehicle at low speed (maximum 30 kmh (20 MPH)) and apply the brake, repeat timesRecheck the torque of 68 Nm (50 lbfft)
