Heat spider no5 to melt threadlockerInstall spider wrench from tool kit (PN 529 025 400) then, unscrew spider no5CLEANING
Clean pulley faces and shaft with fine steel wool and clean dry clothClean sliding half bushing no9 and cover bushing with clean dry clothThoroughly clean spider threads and fixed half post threads
INSPECTION
Check sliding half for excessive lateral play and fixed half post for scratchesReplace as requiredCheck cover bushing interiorReplace cover if bushing is completely bronze instead of the original teflon coatingCheck that spider thrust buttons no6 for proper sliding actionReplace as requiredCheck rollers no7 for free actionReplace as required
