INSPECTION
Check general condition of hoses and clamp tightnessDRAINING THE SYSTEM
WARNING
Never drain or refill the cooling system when engine is hotTo drain the cooling system, siphon the coolant mixture from the coolant tankDisconnect hose at water pumpA16C02A

DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
3,4, Sender and Plug
Apply Loctite 592 (PN 413 702 300) thread sealant on sender and plug to avoid leaks
TYPICAL CLOSED THERMOSTAT, COLD ENGINE 1To reservoir 2From cylinders

1, Pressure Cap
Check if the cap pressurizes the systemIf not, install new 90 kPa (13 PSI) cap (do not exceed this pressure)
bWhen the liquid is warmed enough, the thermostat opens progressively the circuit, water pump engine radiators coolant tank to keep the liquid at the desired temperature(See the diagram of the exploded view)
