Section 07 REAR SUSPENSION Subsection 04 (SKANDIC WT SUSPENSION)
4, Rear Spring
Remove top idler wheelsUnscrew one end of shockRemove spring
Rivets can be substitued by M8 20 bolts and nuts
3, Horse-Shoe Washer
For deep snow riding, do not install washer nor rubber stoppersFor trail riding with passenger andor weight, install washer under each rubber stoppersFor trail riding with heavy load andor pulling load, use washers under each rubber stoppers
5, Front Spring
Remove circlips retaining spring support to top and bottom of front armHolding spring end, remove lock pin of top spring support then bottom support lock pinUnbolt front idler wheel axleRemove idler wheel on side where axle retaining plate is not weldedRemove springs
Install shock with its rod upward
