ASSEMBLY
Prior to assembling, coat sliding surfaces and moving parts on armature shaft splines, overrunning clutch, solenoid switch plunger, drive lever and bushings with G.EVersilube 321 (PN 413 704 000) lubricantProceed as follows for assemblingSecure drive housing in vise-

Do not overtighten since housing might be damagedInstall overrunning clutch onto armature shaftInsert inner collar onto shaftInstall new circlip
1Install on overrunning clutch 2Install thrust washer
