NOTE: It is possible to see the sliding gear in motion through oil gauge holeUnbolt gear shift linkage from shifterUnscrew cover screws no5 as well as reverse axle screw no7First remove 19-tooth reverse gear no18 and then remove reverse axle no202 1

Separate cover no6 from housing and move it toward the front in order to disengage fork from sliding gear1
Remove coupling shaft no33, 44-tooth sprocket no34, spacer no38 and chain no28First unscrew castellated nut no10, then remove 22-tooth sprocket no12Force spring pins no16 out to disengage fork no17 from its axle
