Install fork (PN 529 005 500) into slider shoe grooves to maintain them for governor cup installationProceed on set of slider shoes
INSTALLATION WARNING
Do not apply anti-seize or any lubricant on crankshaft and drive pulley tapers529 005 500
WARNING
Never use any type of impact wrench at drive pulley removal and installationClean mounting surfaces as described in CLEANING aboveA16B02A

The installation procedure must be strictly adhered to as followsInstall drive pulley on crankshaft extensionInstall conical washer with its concave side towards drive pulley then install screw
Make sure to align governor cup arrow with sliding half and fixed half markNOTE: If fixed half has no mark, align governor cup mark with segment no1 of inner halfSegments are identified on engine side
